Beef Pate’: a feast in baked flour

Everyone is going to call it by a different name depending on where you are from you may have heard them referred to as “empanadas” if you are of Hispanic decent or what have you,  and many are going to make it their way or however it was taught to them…  in the United States Virgin Islands (st croix, st john, and st thomas) we call them Pate’, and after hours of prying many of the ingredients out of my mother’s head, this is how I make it.

Beef Pate’: serve as appetizers

These beef pate’s can be served as a main, but you may also make them a little smaller than I did and serve them as appetizers for family functions and or sorting events.
